This policy explains what personal data onTenerife Web Design collects, why, and your rights. It follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we collect
- When you contact us by phone, email, WhatsApp or the contact form: your name, phone number, email address, business name and anything you tell us about your project. The contact form on this site does not store your details. It opens WhatsApp with your message pre-filled, and nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.
- When you become a client: the details we need to build your website, send invoices and meet our tax obligations.
- When you browse the site, and only if you accept cookies: anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics, and advertising measurement through the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. See the Cookie Policy.
3. Why we use it and the legal basis

We never sell your data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client and invoice records are kept for as long as Spanish tax and commercial law requires (normally 6 years). Analytics data is kept for Google Analytics' default period of 14 months.
5. Who we share it with
We only share data with providers we need to run the business: our web hosting company, Google (Analytics), Meta (WhatsApp and Pixel), our email provider and our accountant or tax advisor. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU. Where they do, they use safeguards approved by the European Commission, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for a copy in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@ontenerife.com and we will reply within one month. If you are not happy with our response, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
7. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
